4. Shipping & Logistics for Returns

“Change of Mind” Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be sent directly to the Sender’s Address listed on your original package. These costs are non-refundable.

Local Pickup & Drop-off: To avoid shipping fees, you may return eligible items in person to the original pickup location you selected at checkout, or the specific location where you first took delivery of the item.
